Just done some Listenering - one puzzle a joy, the other rather less so.
Now having an afternoon snifter of some excellent cheap red from Herr Lidl - I may even conjure up a WotW post as we've had a few good bottles recently.
Next I need to contemplate what to produce today from this week's excellent organic veg delivery - which has already yielded yesterday's dinner of Beetroot Rostiburgers & Brocc Gratin - it's a good challenge to be faced with random vegetable objects and then have to devise some new meals.

Not keen on celeriac - always seems a bit watery if you make it into mash - so (since I get some control over the contents) I won’t be having any in my boxes.
I have made this in the past

and it was pretty good, but I’ll use beetroot in the rosti next time.
