Does anyone know why Sally and Gail haven't been in it for a while? I miss the banter with Sally and Tim.and the Platts household isn't the same without Gail putting her two penneth in.

Done the tour and loved it,great when you were shown just two machines that weren’t plugged in to anywhere , in Underworld , we were told ,for insurance purposes, they zoomed in on the hands of proper machinist which is why all we see are people either carrying bras and knickers are looking at them for faults ,the Rovers is tiny and you got your obligatory photo taken pulling
a pint for a fiver ,all good stuff

well i was in my teens then .lol they used the main entrance to granada then, a few of us coro fans use to sit on the steps, bill grundy use to say hello to use, i remember seeing bill roache come round the corner fairly fast to park outside (those were the days no yellow lines ) and he mounted the kerb hard, a hillman minx i believe, he didn't look pleased :-)
