F-F's link shows the hotel which Manchester Airport is happy to recommend. That's almost certainly because those hotels have paid to be included in the list. For a bigger selection, find Manchester Airport on Google Maps (using a PC or laptop, not a phone). Click 'Nearby' in the left hand panel and select 'hotels'. Zoom out a bit if necessary.

You'll then see a map like this one:
