This was a minor hit in late 80's/early 90's for a group called Airwaves. It was an accapella version of an old hymn. Does anyone know where i can download it from. All the download sites i've tried only have the version by The King Singers.

You may be searching wrong. If its any help to you there has not been a group in the English charts called Airwaves. Unless you mean US hit

The person who asked this question is correct,as I am searching for the same version of this beautiful song....the Kings singers version does not do it justice......theres another version available by Libera....a boy's choir I think,which is better.......but the original is by far the best.....my next port of call is trying to find out more about it via BBC archives or sthg,or maybe the Guinness book of hit singles........I actually have the single somewhere,but nothing to play it on!!!!!!!The only way this person could be wrong on this is if the band were Airwave and not Airwaves,but it would surely have retrieved both names on a search....hope this helps...PS If you find this ,can you let me know?Thanks a lot!
