I'm reluctant to pronounce on this one as of course I was not on the flight.

However others who were on it have confirmed the flight crew member's actions , of course I also have no way of knowing that truth either.

One thing Will has done to his credit is to tell anyone abusing the flight attendant to stop it.

If he has acted wrongly then of course he should retract and apologise.

^ Telling people not to abuse the crew member is not to his credit. He named her in the first place which he shouldn't have done. Any normal punter would have just written an email of complaint to the airline.
