Hi all, How do you get rid of the black mould on the rubber bit in your washing machine? I have a mould remover spray which I use in the shower, but it says you must not use it on rubber. All help welcomed thanks x

i used most things, bleach, antibac, bathroom cleaner, the only thing that i found to work, was mr muscle shower shine! and it worked even on the rubber... use one of those sponges with the rough pad on the other side, and good old elbow grease...ocasionaly wash towels on a 90degree

now i leave the door open slightly, to let the machine dry out, and wipe down every week with the shower shine,
hope it works for u...

thanks bebo x
You get this if you use non-bio as it has no bleach in it ( the man who mended my washing mashine told me as I had the same problem) switched to bio with my new machine and it's never happened.
