Well Emmie I noticed that quick as a flick after Ugandan Asians were expelled by that Tyrant in Uganda there were corner shops,Newsagents and tobacconists popping up all over London.They were convenience stores and they had a work ethic whereby they didn't do just 9-5 hours. The whole family worked shifts to keep their business open and they integrated with their new found welcoming country.I found my local shops owned by Ugandan Asians most useful and these people actually showed gratitude and politeness to their British patrons. I have always admired these people who were an asset to this country.
