When I saw the 3 numbers the random lucky dip had given me for tonight's Hot Picks, I despaired. All 3 in the 50s - 52, 54 & 55. I'm one of those who, while realising that any consecutive set of numbers can, and often do, get drawn, I do like mine to be spaced more evenly. So, imagine my surprise - and unbridled joy - when those 3 numbers were actually drawn (number 50 was drawn, too). The money will not be in my account until morning but, just as soon as it is I will be transferring all £800 to my bank. Ker-ching and thank you very much Camelot. :[-)

You are off to a flyer this year in the lucky stakes. Nice one Ken.

Thanks, all. Glad you saw this, Togo. Playing the numbers is a form of punting so my win gives punters everywhere hope. Your turn next:-)
Yippee Ken - enjoy !
I rarely do the Lotto these days Ken. I do the odd luck dip when the jackpot is large but got out of the habit when the odds went even more ridiculous. I stopped doing the Euro lotto when it became obvious that, despite the odd big local winner, most of cash spent in the UK was heading out to mainland Europe. One of the worst decisions I ever made was to choose a set of "numbers" which meant that they had to be done religiously. When Camelot changed the format and added more numbers I decided that it was the time to forget them. Still.......wouldn't mind winning a bit of it. :))
I won £50 on the Premium Bonds this month. That'll do nicely, thank you. :-)
We did too, Tilly2.
well done ken, i can't get three out of six :-(
