hi all, I'd like to know if there's any grandma's recipes or home remedies for constant tiredness? doesn't have to be just food. been having a bad month at work and no matter how any hours of sleep I clock in, i'm just not getting any fresher the next morning. this constant lack of energy is affecting my concentration, my work and my temper. would appreciate any help. thx.
Apparently 1 tablespoon of honey 1/2 teaspoon of cinammon in a little warm water taken mid afternoon is supposed to work. I HATE honey, but taken like this it`s not bad at all. There are loads of things that this remedy can help with.
It might be an idea to go and get a blood test just to rule out anything more sinister going on. Try a zinc supplement and also 1000mg vitamin C every day.
