A married couple stop off at a roadside diner for a bite to eat.
A blond waitress takes their order and returns several minutes later with just a bun on a plate.
The man asks "wheres my burger"
The waitress lifts her arm up and pulls the burger from her armpit and says "I was keeping it warm for you".
The wife says "please cancel my hot dog order"
