In a comment forum for BBC Sports website I came across the following question and answer:-

Q Why do City and United always have easier cup ties than other Premier league teams?

A Warm balls !

At first I thought this was just a (weird/in) joke, but then I realised it referred to the drawing of numbered balls out of a bag which is supposedly random. But what if several balls are heated up before being placed in the bag and drawers are briefed not to pick 2 warm balls together.

Perhaps they should start using the Lottery Engines instead.
