if they are really hessian they will compost; if not, not.

No .. hessian is compostable .. not recyclable.
What would you do with it if you recycled it .. ?

It just depends on whether your local Recycling Centre takes plastic

Thanks Builder,more things to worry about than replies like that,lol. I think I'll just take it out of the bin and dispose of it myself,probably back to the neighbour who put it there,although I've got no proof.!
