Godparents tomorrow and mr l is writing speech, as godfather.
Any quirky/ lovely things to include ?
Baby Girl - and my hubby was best man at baby's parents wedding in Jan 05.
Any suggestions welcome. Funny//lovely as you like - all things considered but NO COMPLETE FILTH !

Here's a thought ... How about a look back at how things were when different generations of the family were born. I mean, when Granny was born X was the top fashion, X was the leading musician and the height of technology was sliced white bread! Then X came along and X was the top fashion, X was number one and the height of technology was the tv set. When baby's parents were born X was the top fashion, X was number one and the height of technology was the home computer. Now we have Baby X and look how things have changed - fashion, music, technology - but the love of the family remains constant, and while you never know what will happen in the future you know Baby X will always have the support and love of all the family and friends gathered around.
