replacing a printer cartridge

I've replaced cartridges on printers dozens of times, but always following through on a prompt that comes up (not the case now -prints in black + white but nothing in colour). Have just now searched through everything trying to find some option where i can do this procedure -there is absolutely no mention in Help.

I've got Windows ME, + an Epson printer, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Sorry, don't quite follow,are you saying that you have cahenged your Black cartridge and colour cartridge and colour isn't working?
What exactly are you trying to do?

What is the model of the Epsom printer?

hi, blacks working fine, but no colour is priniting, so i would like to change this cartridge -but can't find the options to go through this process. The models a Epson Stylus Color 480.
