I like ironing but I make my own ironing spray with a few drops of bergamot oil or lavender for bed linen, pot of good coffee, and favourite music I can sing along to. I only iron what I have to, more in summer when the cotton and linen replace wool and lycra,

I tried something like this a few years ago. The idea is to put a bit of fun into a job that many may consider dull. Personally I prefer the “freshly ironed” smell.
