Mine seem to be later than most. Thet also hardly get beyond yellow before dying off. Soil, not enough feed, lack of sun or what?

Red hot pokers like to be in a sunny spot in well drained soil, which should be kept moist all summer.If it's an old overcrowded clump divide them next spring & incorporate some compost into the planting area to help improve the drainage.
