For example, if you're currently an office cleaner at a big multi-national firm but with aspirations to become its managing director, the answer to the question can only be "extremely badly"!
However if you're a middle-grade executive in your current post, who hopes to eventually become head of a major department (either with the same company or elsewhere), your response needs to reflect both your achievements so far and your aspiration for advancement. e.g. "I've enjoyed working in my current post, as it's given me the opportunity to take on new resposibilities and to tackle a range of new tasks. Howeve I believe that I've got the talent and dedication to progress much further still and I see the post for which I'm now applying as a useful staging post in my career in that your company will benefit from my existing experience and I will be able to take on new challenges and responsibilities"
