My daughter has just turned 16 and on our bike ride today we met a boy in her year group. He spoke to my daughter then he went on and she had gone bright red.
Is this the start of my daughter having feelings. No boys have been on the scene yet.

First boy on the scene that you know of - I’m v close to 16 year old boy #2 but girls are not a topic he wants to talk about (he’ll happily tell me about everything else - most of it not things to be proud of).

16 is quite late to start taking interest these days I`d have thought.

I doubt its the start, bless her, just you've not been there when she's met anyone she likes. I would have tried to stat a convo with 'oh he seems a nice boy' and try and get her chatting. Maybe she will maybe she won't but don't push it.
