However, as nobody else is posting on this thread, I'll try a few suggestions that might just possibly help here:
1. Try a different browser. (e.g. if you're using, say, Chrome, try Edge or Internet Explorer instead). That's obviously not going to fix the problem but it should at least identify whether it's related to your PC as a whole or to one specific browser.
2. If the problem only seems to relate to your main browser, try resetting that browser back to it's 'out of the box' settings. (If you need instructions, please say which browser you use). That should remove any unwanted extensions, which might include whatever it is that's causing the problem.
3. If the problem seems to relate to your PC as a whole, check your list of installed programs to see if there's anything suspicious listed there.
4. Check how the internet sees your IP address, to find out whether your web traffic really is being routed via a VPN. To do so, simply click here:

5. In case it's malware that's causing the problem, run a malware scan. If you've already got the free version of Malwarebytes Anit-Malware installed, use that. (I don't recommend downloading it from new though, as it comes with a free trial of the full version, that can slow some computers down quite a bit). Otherwise download and run AdwCleaner:

(There's no installation process; you simply run the downloaded file).
6. Review all of the scurity software that you're running on your computer. Some stuff now comes with a free VPN built into it, which you might need to work out how to disable.
