Does anyone have a recipe for a tasty chicken curry that doesn't have 101 ingredients. There are loads on line, but would rather use what I have in my cupboard and not have to buy loads more spices etc. Thanks

The Chines take a ways and restaurants have stolen the curry recipe from India I believe. The Chinese just add 5 spice powder and star anise to their curry powder mix. I have a 8kg drum of Chinese Curry paste in the garage. Still useable after about 8 years.

How cruel danny. Ifd I were your age I would cheat on the odd occasion. No Curry!!! That's inhuman.
