A Good Rant.

Just a good rant.
I'm in bed, but so breathless.
I've had Ventolin nebulizer, Salamol and Trelegy inhalers, but hardly making g any difference.
Just been to the bathroom and back to the bed, and I'm in a terrible state, gasping like a fish out of water.
It will take ten minutes for my breathing to settle down again.
If I caught the virus it would kill me.
This is where Answer bank comes in. Its a good therapy on so many levels.
Breathing settled down now.
Rant over :-(

His lung condition was evident as early on as the age of 13 when he did a cross country race with his school in his native Germany, and was likely a complication of his Marfan syndrome, although he was a smoker.
He received a pair of donor lungs about 10 years ago and he has a whole new life now.
If you're not already on a transplant list, fight your corner and get yourself on the list.

This may not help at all, but since the lockdown I decided I could either keep eating crap or change my diet. Since stopping eating sugar and fasting every day I wake up and don’t need my inhaler. I barely touch it all day. Granted I’m in one room and can’t exercise, but my breathing has really improved as well as my inflammation levels. It’s a simple change but might help a bit?
