Does anyone know of an email address to contact Thames Water? I've just sent one to the only one I have: [email protected], but I got an automatic reply saying it is no longer in use, and redirecting me to their website. There is no emaill address I can see anywhere on it!

(It can present security issues for their computer systems). They now provide web forms that you can complete online, which serves exactly the same purpose in the end anyway. (i.e. your message still ends up in someone's email inbox).

because they DON'T want to hear from you - you are a little guy and not worth listening to. a bit like the average AB poster
one I started writing to the WIFE of the chief exec at home - clearwater Staines actually -he will recognise this if he reads it
in terms of. Dear Madam blah de blah ,,,,, then
"say to your husband - Darling you know that poor blind old age pensioner you are screwing over a debt he never had? he says you are still doing it."
abour three weeks later ( yes fwee!) a tele operator told me I had a voucher for £20 extra - whatever-it-was-I-had-always-paid-for. He squirmed a bit when I demanded he guarantee that I was not recorded and never had been recorded as a late payer.
