Inside baby's nose!
Hi all. Anybody got any tips for removing mucus from a 3 month olds nose. It appears to be quite crusty.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You can get some sucky things (technical term you understand!) from Boots etc, either one like a mini turkey baster that sucks out the gunk, or one with tubes that you put one end in the nose, and suck on the other end to get it out (there is protection so you don't get a mouthful of snot!).
Never personally used them so don't know what they are like.
Other things to try would be to raise the head end of the cot, sit in steamy bathroom to loosen it to come out easier, or maybe try some kind of Vicks to assist in clearing airways.
