I dont live in a city and was wondering if there would be any clothes shops open in Leeds on bank holiday Monday next week?

some will, though I would have thought they'd have Sunday trading hours which is usually 10-4 or 5.

I live near a big city and the shops there open normal working hours on bank holidays

Yeah Leeds City Centre will be open just the same times as that implemented on a Sunday

yeah,us shop workers dont get bank holidays so you unimagitive people can wander the town like zombies!

What planet are you from? The poor souls that work in shops have to work every day these days. There was an outcry where I live because some of the shops wanted to open on Christmas day. For goodness sake are these people mad? Who on earth wants to go shopping on christmas day? Isn't it bad enough that every other day of the year is given over to spending money? No wonder so many people in this country are in so much debt.
