Anyone here use Uber? Any idea how to access 'Wallet' in the app?

I have never used it - is it much cheaper than private hire companies? or does it have other good points?

Don't have Uber in Dundee but my daughter and I used it all the time on a visit to Glasgow. Thought it was a great service.

Thanks, all. My menu doesn’t have’wallet’. Bednobs, I find them cheaper than other private hire companies but I don’t use them at very busy times. Uber has dynamic pricing so the more demand at that time, the higher the price. They are reliable and I can see exactly where they are on the app and how soon they will arrive. Also, no faffing around finding the cash. I know exactly what car will pick me up and who is driving, making it very easy to complain to the authorities should I need to. I also know what the fare will be in advance. It suits me very well
