we have been separated for 13 years with no contact what so ever.I have left everything to my daughter in my will and she is named as next of kin on my insurance.Is my ex entitled to anything if i file for divorce.what if anything can i do to stop my ex from recieving anything.

If you are joint owners of a property then she is entitled to her share of that. If you have a pension then she is entitled to a share of that. You cannot really stop your ex from receiving what she is entitled to unless she agrees not to pursue it in view of the fact that it is all going to your daughter.
