going rates for wedding/bridemaid dress alterations?

Hi,

can't decide where to put this - doesn't really fit anywhere.

so can anyone tell me how much is usual to charge for doing basic alterations for these dresses, such as taking them in or hemming?

i've been asked to do this for a foaf but have no idea what to charge.

is it per individual job - like 1 hem, 2 zips, one button etc or does it go by per dress?

as far as i know so far it mostly taking them in.

Th lady that turned up my wedding dress from Monsoon charges 12.00. It had a small train so was a fair amount of work.
