Hrt Shortage
5 Answers
Just wondering if any ladies here can give me a word of advice. My GP has prescribed HRT for me but none of the local pharmacies has it in stock and can’t get it.
Just wondering what to do. Have any of who been caught out by short supplies, and what did you do?

I did not want to use HRT but used Oil of Evening Primrose as an alternative. May not suit everyone, but certainly helped me. Most pharmacies and health food shops stock this or you can buy on-line.
May help until HRT available once more.
Evening primrose oil is used by many women to treat the symptoms of menopause. The oil does not stop the menopausal process but helps users deal with common side effects. Hot flashes, a condition that causes women to become hot and flustered, are said to be alleviated by evening primrose oil.
