Stormy Weather

So a very distant roll of thunder and a few heavy drops of rain and that was it. We just went back to blue skies and sunshine.

How have the rest of you fared. Not too badly I hope.

Must say that the lightening is putting on a good show just to the West of me.

Nothing here, trying to cool house down. Were threatened with storms last night, but no. Dog is unconcerned and he is terrified of thunder. We had to water garden tonight, a real slog, would love it to rain.

We had a constant rumble of distant thunder for about an hour yesterday and then just enough rain to stir up the mozzies and make it REALLY humid. It's really sticky here now.

Storm right overhead here in Dundee. The devil is emptying the coal into the bunker and striking matches to see if it's all in.

Glasgow- pelting with heavy rain & really LOUD thunder with the strangest lightening! Red & not forked!

Lightening has been since around 23:00 and its 03:30 now!!!

No sign of letting up x

Still no rain down south. 6th day of blazing heat! Normally I would welcome it, but with the virus and suffocating in a mask, I shall stick to my back garden.
