Well I hope I am not speaking too soon but its turning out really well. I have replanted it and now water just once a week but have included a citrus plant supplement - so now I feel I can ask if there is any way I can take cuttings from it? Or is that not going to be possible
The RHS website says "Citrus plants are normally sold as mature plants, as they are quite slow-growing. You can try propagating plants yourself by taking semi-ripe cuttings . . .", with a link to here (for advice on how to go about it): https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?pid=404

Can I just ask a supplementary question - am I right in thinking I can take a leaf cut it in half and use some hormone rooting powder and then pop in a pot - it will then germinate into a plant?
I can't believe its going to be that easy
That was really interesting watching that - obviously my plant no where near ready for that but it’s certainly something to aspire to
Thanks for posting it
