What's Your Paper ?

Does anybody think it would help if there was a drop-down menu where the Question title box is ? It could have the most popular ones that appear on here and the choice of filling it in if it doesn't . I don't know much about computer programming but it can't be that hard can it ?
Just a thought .

Great idea ..but probably far too technical for the people who run this site. They can manage sub categories for football and Big Brother drivel but can't sort out the Marlboro mob or the inane chat in Body and Soul , the imposters ,and multiple usernames.So I would not hold my breath.
