A Pdf Claim Form

With my friend's agreement I have filled in some of a form for her,

I don't know how to email it to her - she is going to be getting a call about this on Friday and so it would be good for to have the form in front of her.

Can anybody advise. Thanks

If you have filled in the form on your computer, just save the form in your documents and then add it as an attachment to an email.

Is it paper or electronic? If paper you'll need to find some way of getting it on your computer. Do you have an all in one printer that scans? If not u could take a photo of it and send that photo to her email. If it's already on your computer the go as tilly says

best to do it in word format as not many people have a pdf that allows editing
