Are Public Sector Workers Cushioned From The Economic Crisis Caused By Covid?
It seems these people are the ones that call for more restrictions as they still get their pay cheque no matter what. Those in the private sector have to bare the brunt, worried about their jobs as soon as there is talk of more restrictions.

However their joy may be short lived. A poor private sector means far less taxes, and we are not just talking income tax, so they had better watch out as had people who bang on about protecting the NHS. No money no NHS it is a fallacy it is free.

yes I did. I applied for a passport just before lockdown and for various reasons, not the fault of the passport office, my application was slow and complicated. I talked to passport office staff A LOT and one and all they were cheerful, helpful and efficient. They were working from home so didn't have access to some parts of their records system but they managed to work around and help me out.
