Really sore nose!

I had a slight cold last week and as a result my nose got really sore from all the blowing. A week later and its all still scabbed up inside (sorry -TMI!) and every time my face moves (smiling, scowling etc) its really really hurts - makes my eyes water with the pain - and its showing no signs of healing!
Anyone any ideas on how to make my nose heal quicker??
Don't know if its connected but one of my ears (the piercing hole) got infected a few weeks ago and still hasn't healed - keeps on weeping - really revolting!

Not sure about the connection with the infected ear, but as for your sore nose you must invest in some Blisteze.. ( its quite expesive) It must be the original one though.. Honestly its the only thing that helps me! It may sting, but i promise it helps.x

Steam your face which will help soothe your skin, if thats too much trouble Vaseline will do a great job too for broken skin :)

You could also put some Vaseline on a cotton swab and gently place it inside your nostrils.
