I’m soon to be the proud owner of two more of these great books.
I have The Quick Roasting Tin and have made four of the recipes, all of which were hugely successful.
I’ve just ordered The Roasting Tin, and The Green Roasting Tin. Two of my children have also bought one or two of these books and have found them extremely useful.
Many thanks Pasta, for the initial recommendation, you’re a star!

They do sound good Vagus- I'm very tempted but I think they're not so useful if you live on your own are they ? I suppose I could halve the quantities and make two meals out of that. I'm assuming the recipes are for four ?
Question Author
Some are for four, some are for two plus two children.
If I was you, I’d be tempted to make them as per the recipe and have it over a few days, or have it for two days and freeze any left.
But yes, of course, you could halve the quantities.
The recipes really are very quick to do, and really, really tasty.
You can get a feel for what the recipes are like by looking through this selection of 10 of them here, Rosie:

There are some more on Auntie Beeb's website too:

So glad you like them vagus.x
I need to dig into mine for ideas now that the weather is chilly.
Rosie, no reason why you can't treat it like batch cooking and freeze portions.
The recipes certainly do look good. I think I might go ahead. Thanks all x
I have the Quick Roasting Tin book, I have made three dishes, of which I was given 10/10 by MrSam. Also they are super easy and quick. I will try the Salmon recipe next week I think.

If the salmon one is that one on the cover, Sam, it’s wonderful.
