We lost her brother almost 2 years ago and today, sadly it was her turn at the vets :(
If you're feeling a bit down, watch this video from a few years ago, it'll hopefully put a smile on your face ..... this is how she barked all the time.
Aged 15 1/2 so she had a decent innings and was spoilt rotten :)

Safe journey Maisie x
So sorry Giz, I'm sure she's running free now over the Rainbow Bridge xx
oh bless. I am so sorry for your loss
Awww.... so sorry, giz xx love her bark though :-)
I remember when you first posted that vid, Gizmo. I remarked i had the same carpet as the green one in the room the dog runs into.
Always very sad when pets die, especially when they've been with us a long time.
What a happy contented dog. I hope you can take comfort in the fact she had a long life being well cared for in a happy home, and you had the strength to do what was right when the time came.
Sorry to read this Giz. I know you will miss her but I am also sure you will remember her with love.
Ahhh... so sad to lose a beloved pet. :o(
RIP little one, back with your brother now. Sorry for your loss Giz x
Awww what a beautiful dog! Xx
So sorry for your loss Giz, she can play with her brother now.
So sorry Giz...she obviously had a good, long, and happy life x
Dear little thing...she sounded like her squeak box was broken. ;)
Sorry for your loss, Gizmo.
She had a lovely life.
Always sad to lose a beloved pet.
Wonderful, happy memories, I'm sure.
Gosh Giz, my little mutt nearly jumped out of his skin when he heard me playing that!
It's a fact we have to accept when we take on a dog but it doesn't make it any easier. You did her proud and she couldn't have had a better life. I bet she gave as much love as she got, bless her and you:-).
R.I.P. Maisie.
I am sorry to hear about Maisie, she was obviously, loved. Finding the right time to let them go is always hard. xx

Many thanks to all for your kind, thoughtful words :)

I's gonna feel strange not having her on the bed tonight for the first time ..... and to think we'll never hear that "bark" again .... so sad :(

But we know she's in a better place now and no longer suffering, which helps us immensely :)
safe journey Mayz
even in Latin
