Paypal Account Issues

I'm having trouble getting into my paypal account. Everytime i try and get a password reset it gives me the option to send a link to my mobile but i never receive the text. There seems no way of contacting paypal direct. Any ideas of resolving this please?

Its worth checking they have the uptodate mobile number for you. But when this problem effected me it turned out to be my fault for putting in the wrong email address (as as use several for diffrent thinks) so they didnt recognise me as a custamer
