i have a fmaily member in alicante who wants to fly home for xmas, what is the procedure
if they have had a test in spain and proved negative to the virus, can they fly without qurantine.
Well I haven't checked but would say definitely no, mainland Spain has not been on the travel corridor list for months so they'd have to do 14 days quarantine irrelevant of the current lockdown (it was like that already). Nothing in place yet to let negative testers in either.
Sorry fender but that's not the way I read it. You can enter Spain with a negative test and not quarantine but you must quarantine coming here from there.
Quarantine doesn't mean staying in a hotel, it means staying in the house and not going out for any reason except emergency, that includes no essential shopping nor dog-walking etc, much stricter than the spring lockdown. I know because I did it in September..
