Can any one recommend it?
I have Pet Remedy spray...it helped Sally during fireworks or thunder storms. It didn't seem to help Sammi and his nervousness though.
I know that they don't work in the same way and I'm wondering if Feliway may help to relax Tubby.

Yes, I'd recommend the Feliway Classic for Tubby, having used it to calm our very nervy cat when we moved house.

Also used the spray version in the car for the 500 mile journey.

Have you tried catnip? I haven't used it myself, but have heard good things.
Two weeks or thereabouts is not very long. He just needs a little more time. Does he have any cat grass? You could also try little piles of cat treats in different places. Next to where you sit, by the table or in other places. If ne smells them he might come for them
PS
There appear to be two versions with different plugs - make sure to get the British 3 pin plug type, not the one with a 2 pin shaver type plug.
Have you got him catnip toys? My 2 love them.
My little female took a long time to settle and she is still very nervous of strange people and noises.
My tom came in yesterday morning soaked in muddy water. No idea where he had been. Loads of black kitchen towels and still couldn't get it all off. Unfortunately, he is black, too, so a bit difficult to see if all is off. I try to keep him in at night but sometimes he escapes!

I've got both loose catnip, and a couple of toys. I think his playing (mentioned on a thread I posted today) was triggered by the loose sprinkled by the sofa. I know he has a go at the toys over night. I was worried he didn't know how to play...like dogs that haven't been properly socialised.
I've ordered a travel size of the Feliway spray to see how it works.

Allen, I lost 2 black cats on the road...many, many years ago. If I had one now, he'd be kept in.
