Would you use a MB who charges a fee or one who doesn’t?
I think one who charges would’ve more inclined to offer the best product whereas one who doesn’t would offer the product that offers them the largest commission- would you agree?
What other criteria would you use to choose a mortgage broker?

Thanks as always

fair comment but if you don't do your own research first, how will you know if you are being offered a good deal?

I'd use one who charges a fee.
If they are the same as financial advisors, they have to tell you how they get paid. Its my thought that the fee charger might not be worried about return business?
I am not sure if I would use one at all.....can you not do your own research?
