As a consequence of Herefordshire being placed in tier one the horse racing fixture at Hereford on Jan 2nd will be able to have 4,000 spectators.It’s very likely a number of spectators will be from tier two and three areas.Herefordshire back to tier two p.d.q., where is the sense in this?

YEs, trucky problem. For every person who wants diffrent restrictions for diffrent nearby areas to reflect lower rates theres someone who realises people will move between areas/tiers and well all end up in highest tier if we not carefull
