intimacy

Is it possible for a mans penis to be 'too big' for his partner? I often get quite severe stomach pains after being intimate with my boyfriend, at first I thought it may be linked to being due on a period, but it has happened when I am no where near due. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? If so, are there any suggestions as to what might be the cause?

If you are expeiencing internal pain after intercourse, it is possible that your partner is being a little too 'vigourous', something you may not notice if you are in similar throes of passion. Another reason may be a position that is causing strain on some of your muscles, which again you may not feel at the time. Because you say your pain is in your stomach, I assume you can discount the vaginal discomfort caused by lack of proper relaxation and lubrication. If you try a few more gentle sessions, and the pain persists, it may be worth trying your GP to see if you have any minor internal problems, of which this pain is a symptom.
Casey yes I have experienced similar with a boyfriend who was stacked. Guys who are very well hung need to take special care. I went to the doc about this when i was expreiencing pain after sex and he suggested we don't do it from behind and that my boyfriend be extra gentle. I think that a guy CAN be too big, after all vaginas come in all sizes as well, but this is not insurmontbale given effort and proper techniques. Andy's advice above is good though: a trip to the Doc just to be sure is a good idea.
FOREPLAY! soooooo importent, especially if the guy's big. also try buying a lube (try a sex shop, a pharmacy or online if you're shy) as some girls just don't get that wet depending on age and hormones. some positions (like doggy style) do go 'deeper' so avoid those as he may be bashing your cervix which can be painful but you often don't feel the pain til after as your pain tolerance changes when you are aroused.
Casey, Agree with everything that has been said so far, does it happen every time or only when you have made love in certain positions?
If it is when he enters you from behind, it could be that either you are not sufficiently relaxed/aroused or it could be that you have a retroverted cervix (tips backwards rather than forwards) as I know this can be painful.
