Now type the letter 'P' to bring up the Program Manager.'

Customer: 'I don't have a 'P'.'

Tech Support: 'On your keyboard, Bob.'

Customer: 'What do you mean?'

Tech Support: ''P' on your keyboard, Bob.'

Customer: "I'm not going to do that, it'll ruin the computer."

This is true I was getting some advice on my laptop while I was on the phone .I was being told what to do .Every thing was going fine till the lady said you are pressing the function key yes but using abbreviated form okay So I said look I never touched the function key using the abbreviated version . did not sound all that polite somehow .
