Bleeding things keep disintegrating when I try to fry them.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I made them fresh. I suspect that my onions (which I may have used too much of) were a bit too watery and therefore made the falafel too loose (it was a bit mushy in hand - I suspect that it needs to be fairly firm?).
Going to have another bash tomorrow. Have heard that rolling them in flour before frying may help also...
