Old £20 Note

Bearing in mind we’re in lockdown and there are no local branch of any bank...how do I exchange an old £20 note that I was handed yesterday. Just didn’t notice. But then I’m old too.

they are still valid
They are still legal tender until announced otherwise.
You can still use the £20 note in shops, etc:
