emmie Jen is not great, District Nurse applied dressing on Friday, Jen found it uncomfortable and removed it yesterday, when I found out it was a bit late to contact them. I've rung this morning but nurse not available until tomorrow, so just pain relief today, but they are not having much effect according to Jen.

Jen thinks it's better without dressing as it's not damp anymore. Nurse said she was applying dressing to prevent any possibility of causing any damage when moving around, but Jens not doing much of that at the moment. We will see what tomorrow brings.

I might go over to my local Aldi. Have heard it’s to close for a refurb. Didn’t notice any notices the last time I was shopping.

Nice and sunny here and after a lie in, went and got the paper - yesterday I blew a tire out on a sharp stone out on the road when doing that daily excursion. £90 lighter, money that I would have preferred on my account.

i have to collect some meds for one thing, and supposed to be meeting up with a friend for a takeaway coffee, depends if it stays dry, i guess.

I was here early but needed some zzzzz, so went back to swing in my hammock, but alas, very fitful, so still tired and in a lot of pain :-(
But plugging into Answerbank is usually very healing and rejuvenating, so will suck it dry today :-)
