I went to bed at normal time, just couldn't sleep, so got up. Will wait until Jens meds at 9.00 then grab a few hours.

Late this morning, a disrupted sleep early morning. I've been making Paul Hollywood's mince pies too, sweet pastry, yum!

Hi Tony, I considered making bread myself this morning, but I had two jars of post Christmas sale mincemeat .. I can't resist buying it! There's something comforting about baking when the weather's not great out there x

mmmm, always used to be advised by Estate Agents when selling a house to have some freshly baked bread aroma wafting through house and some freshly brewed coffee.
