Good Morning Early Birds!

A short lie in this morning. I haven't looked out yet, But it doesn't matter really in the great scheme of things. I'll do some resting on the recliner later.
My lovely next door neighbour has said she will do my shopping for me, which will be a great help. When I'm back fully on my feet, I'll take them to lunch at The George in Cambridge. (that's the Gloucestershire Cambridge)
It's going to be a long time until I'm back to normal. Whatever that is!

confess i don't have room for a microwave, nor do i really want one.

I would be a bit lost without microwave. Possible to live without, it's just the convinience of quick baked potatoes, defrosting things and cooking ready meals oh and scrambled eggs.

OK emmie, for one you don't need a massive microwave, our toaster sits on top of ours to make the most of the space. Or could you have a shelf put up for it to sit on.

as said i have a very small kitchen, and i have shelves already for stuff. no more wall space, i don't really think i would use one....
