Unless you know better? The post office must be the only business I know that can visually see customers standing waiting to spend money, but decide in a flash to close. It must be the quickest they move all day when, your just about to make your way over to the vacant counter, THEN BANG! the shutter comes down in the blink of an eye with, POSITION CLOSED!! leaving just one member of staff to cope, who's already been having a 10 min chat about corrie last night. They must be the only staff on the planet that can get away with being arrogant and ignorant and still keep their job. Any how that'

Instead I printed my own labels downloaded from UPS on Sunday morning.. dropped the parcels at a local corner shop. No queue, had them scanned and the customers are automatically informed that the tracking is live. The parcels are collected on Monday and delivered Next Day ..
Cost £15.50 .. that puts an extra £22.50 back in my pocket.
No wonder they are closing Post Offices down, right, left and centre !
