A bit of shoplifting to do, but not a lot, so I shan't be out for long, I fancy a lazy afternoon, on the grounds I woke up 0135 and couldn't get off again. I'll no doubt crash on the recliner later.

so must be ready around 11.30am to see him at the surgery. must remember the mask....
